- 2 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled
- 1/2 cup basil or cilantro
- 2 to 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 2 TBSP)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor. With the motor running, add olive oil in a slow stream until emulsified.
Serve over pasta with olives.
